  • ARE PAYMENTS ON TILILILAB.CH SECURE?

Yes, purchases made on the online pharmacy www.tililab.ch are safe and guaranteed. Online payments by credit card or Paypal account are completely risk-free.

Payment information is encrypted during transmission and handled directly by Paypal. Under no circumstances will TILAB SWISS SAGL, the owner of the TILILAB online shop, be made aware of the credit card number, nor will it retain or store the data provided on its systems. TILAB SWISS SAGL will only be informed of the successful outcome of the transaction.

Safety certificates

To ensure maximum security while shopping, payment information transmitted over the internet is encrypted using the SecureSocketLayer (SSL) protocol.

Industry-standard SSL (SecureSocketLayer) technology encrypts potentially confidential information, such as your name and address, and other important confidential information, such as credit card details.   • HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVERY?

Delivery of products within Switzerland will be made by Express Courier. Packages are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday. Delivery is expected within 48/72 hours from dispatch. Urgent delivery is expected within 24 working hours from dispatch, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your package. To monitor the status or change the address of your shipment you can access your own using the tracking number of your parcel, received by e-mail.

 

  • I HAVE ORDERED THE PRODUCT, BUT I WANT TO RETURN IT. HOW DO YOU DO IT?

The right of withdrawal means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return all or part of the products purchased within 30 days of receipt of your order. If unsealed, damaged or non-conforming products have been delivered, please email shop@tililab.ch.  

Right of withdrawal, Warranty and Conformity Defects
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; the product purchased must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the instruction leaflet, box, any matching gadgets, etc.). The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, TILILAB shall inform the Customer of what has happened (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the Courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods; TILILILAB shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess its use, in case of creams or liquid products, or any damage not resulting from transport. In these cases, the right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where TILILAB ascertains:

  • The absence of the original packaging and/or accessories;
  • Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport or due to exceeding the legal time limits, for reasons not caused by tilililab.ch.

In case of expiration of the right of withdrawal, TILILAB will return the purchased goods to the Customer, charging him the shipping costs. For all the aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling apply.

Warranty and Conformity Defects In case of conformity defects of Products sold by TILILAB, the Customer shall immediately contact Customer Service using the dedicated chat on the TILILAB web site or the dedicated email contact shop@tililab.ch. All products sold by TILILAB are covered by the conventional manufacturer's warranty and by the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, according to DL 24/02. In order to benefit from the assistance under warranty, the Customer shall keep the receipt (or invoice receipt) which he will receive in the package, attached to the purchased product. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in accordance with the procedures illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.

 

  • CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

Accepted payment methods are Paypal and all credit and debit cards enabled for online purchases. Paypal is also the payment getaway, so to pay by credit card if you do not have a Paypal account you must select the Paypal button and then payment by credit card.

 

  • ARE THE PRODUCTS NATURAL?

TILAB produces phytotherapeutic food supplements and food preparations. Phytotherapy, from the Greek phytón (plant) and therapéia (cure) is, in a general sense, the practice of using plants or plant extracts to treat illnesses or maintain mental and physical wellbeing.

 

  • DOES D-MANNOSE CONTAIN ANY PRESERVATIVES?

D-mannose contained in Puroman is 99.8% pure. The product contains no preservatives or excipients. In general, we offer 'fresh' products, which means that they make full use of the 24-month regulatory expiry date.

 

  • I AM COELIAC, CAN I TAKE PUROMAN?

All products in the Puro Line are of natural, vegetable origin and do not contain gluten. The capsules used are made of vegetable gelatine, suitable for a vegan diet.

 

  • I AM LACTOSE INTOLERANT, CAN I TAKE PURODEFEND?

All products in the Puro Line are of natural, vegetable origin and do not contain lactose. The capsules used are made of vegetable gelatine, suitable for a vegan diet.
